How this works

This approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) an evidence-based model that helps people build psychological flexibility.

Psychological flexibility means being able to make space for what is hard, stay connected to what matters, and take meaningful action even when your mind is noisy.

It is not about controlling thoughts and feelings.
It is about changing your relationship with them, so they do not run the show.

In this programme, we gently bring that into everyday life through reflection, accountability, and small committed steps.

We will also track progress using simple, evidence-based wellbeing measures, so you can see the shifts you are making over time — while also contributing to a growing understanding of what supports women in midlife.
