
Do it! Being part of the ACT groups is the best therapy I have ever done. It is helping me move forward and change habits that have been holding me back. I am definitely going to take this further to learn more about ACT and myself.
Definitely take part it helps you by giving you small challenges/things to think about… I had been holding off speaking my thoughts in a relationship because I didn’t want to cause arguments but I finally did… and I do feel less heavy because of it
Most Importantly:
After caring for everyone else, this is something just for you. It's not much to ask but a lot to be gained.
You tone Yourself down or stay quiet to avoid upsetting others
You feel like you are always managing other peoples expectations and emotions
You walk on eggshells with Certain People
To talk about Things you would love to do but dont do anything about it
You feel life is passing you by
If you know what you need to do but get stuck in no doing loops
if you want to move from just surviving to Thriving
If you are not sure who you are or what makes you tick
if you are nodding - this may your space
